- Add finely chopped herbs, stir and remove from the heat.
Rice With a Chinese Egg
You will need:
- 1 cup of long-grain rice.
- 3 raw chicken eggs.
- 50 g of soy sauce.
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Garlic, herbs, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Recipe:
- Rice is washed well under running water and boiled in salted water until tender. Then rinse well again, already boiled water, and throw in a colander.
- While the rice is cooling, finely chop peeled garlic and fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil. At the same time whisk raw chicken eggs with salt until homogeneous. Pour this mass into the frying pan and fry on a relatively low heat with continuous stirring until cooked, so that the finished omelet is not in one piece, but in pieces. Once the omelet is cooked, place the rice on top of it, pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, if needed. Heat the mixture over low heat and serve, garnished with herbs.
Any vegetables can be added to this dish as desired.
